Cairo International Stadium is a multi-use stadium in Cairo, Egypt with a capacity of 74,100. It is currently used mostly for football matches. The stadium was built in the Cairo district, Nasr City in 1960, and was inaugurated by President Nasser on the 23rd of July celebrations that year. It was renovated in 2005 in preparation for the 2006 African Cup of Nations.

The Stadium is located about 8 km (20 min) from Cairo International Airport and about 14 km (30 min) from downtown Cairo.
